o What to Wear & Bring for Class
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.
Pilates is typically done barefoot or in grip socks—whichever you prefer for stability and comfort.
Spin Class: Feel free to bring your own athletic shoes. Just a heads-up—we don’t use clip-in pedals, so standard sneakers work great.
o This is my first class, what can I expect?
Before class arrive 5-10 minutes before class and head straight to your room.
During Class Your trainer will guide you through the entire session, so no need to worry if you're new—all skill levels are welcome! Learning each technique takes time, and your trainer is there to support you every step of the way.
After class It doesn’t take long to feel—and see—the benefits of these classes. Your first few sessions will be challenging, no matter your fitness level, but that’s part of the journey. Consistency is key. It doesn’t get easier… you just get stronger.
o Do I need to pre-register for class?
YES! Some of our classes fill up quickly and you need to register to secure your spot. If a class is full, don’t forget to join the waitlist in the event someone cancels.
o What if I need to cancel, make changes, miss a class or I’m running late?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to join your class, so there are no disruptions to the rest of the group. You will not be able to join the class once it starts, which will be promptly at the start time.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your class, please log in to your account and do so at least 24 hours before your class start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your class or arrive after the class start time, you will be incur a $50 no show fee, as spots for classes are limited.
Please note: There are no exceptions to this fee.
o What If I need to make a change or cancel my membership?
You can login to your account and make changes to your membership or cancel at anytime.
o How does the waitlist work?
When a class reaches full capacity, 5 waitlist spots become available.
If a spot opens up, it will be offered in the order waitlist requests were received.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, but we’ll notify you promptly if one becomes available.
o How many people are in each class?
Pilates-10 people
Spin-13 people
Body Sculpting HIIT Training- 20 people
o Where do I park?
We have plenty of parking conveniently located directly in front of our building.
o Do you have guest passes?
Due to our limited class sizes, we do not offer guest passes at this time.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the best experience for all enrolled clients.
o If I’m pregnant can I still workout?
Many clients continue working out during pregnancy, and movement can be incredibly beneficial. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor to ensure your workout routine is safe and appropriate for your individual needs.
o Can I workout when recovering from surgery or while managing my medical condition?
Many clients return to our workouts once they’ve been cleared by their doctor for physical activity. If you’re recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition, we strongly encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure the routine aligns with your individual needs.
o Are there any age requirements for your classes?
If you are under 18 a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for you to participate in any class.
o Are children or pets allowed in the studio if they sit quietly while I workout?
Unfortunately, as we love pets and want to be able to allow your children to be present. It can be a distraction and safety concern.
